Hi, My family of 6(2 adults, 4 children) from Australia are looking at doing tour USLA2-602 arriving morning of 27th March 2012. Would accomodation be two rooms or all in one room ? How far is the hotel from Disneyland ? As we are flying out to Washington on the 2nd of April we require another nights accomodation. Could you quote us a price at the same hotel and could we still use the transfer for that day ? Is there entertainment on the bus eg. video, consoles etc.....? Thanks Graham.

1. If you book the tour package for the departure of 03/27/2012 (Tuesday), then the tour ends on 04/01/2012 (Sunday). For your family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children), you will need to book for 2 rooms, because a maximum room capacity is 4 people including adult and child/infant.

2. While this tour is in Los Angles, the hotel you stay at will be very close to Disneyland.
Holiday Inn La Mirada: 7 minutes drving distance to Disneyland Park. Hotel offers shuttle service to/from downtown Disneyland from 7:30 am - 10:30 pm.
Howard Johnson Hotel: Hotel offers shuttle service to/from Disneyland.

3. If you need another night hotel accommodation and if you wish to fly out of LAX airport, we recommend you Commfort Inn Cockatoo Hotel. It is 10 minutes driving distance to LAX. Dear Tours4fun Team, I have found out about perfect trip through West Coast from your company. I'm planning to start it on January 3,2012 and excited to take it. However, I have several questions. Will you please answer following questions, so it will be easier for me to book my trip: · Trip starts at 3rd January will it end on 9 January? If yes, can you please specify the time or approximately. · I will come to LA from San Diego by train, so can you provide transfer from railway station instead of airport. · Package includes 6 day hotel accomodation, will it be booked by your company,or i should do it? · Service fees for tour guide $6 per day, which will be 42$ for 7 days,is it compulsory? · I've booked my flight back to January 9 from San Francisco at night. Can you please tell me the end time of the tour, so, i will decide whether should I cancel my booking and buy a new ticket. 1. Yes. If you book this tour package for the departure of 01/03/2012, then the tour ends on 01/09/2012. Day 1 of this tour package is a transfer day. Guests will be arriving in Los Angeles on the day 1. Please note that for this tour, We offer a complimentary airport pick-up service from LAX to your hotel.
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.

This tour does not offer a hotel selection and upgrade. The accommodation included for this tour is in Stratosphere Hotel.

The drop off and pick up points for the Grand Canyon Tour on the 2nd day will be at the hotel lobby.

"Buy 2 Get 1 Free" is our time limited offer. When you visit our website, you will notice that many of the tour packages are labeled with "2+1 Buy 2 Get 1 Free".

"Buy 2 Get 1 Free" means "The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable admission fee) on share room basis." So, if you book a tour for 3 guests, you only need to pay for a price of 2 guests.

A "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer applies to numbers of guests rather than the numbers of tour packages you book.

This tour does not offer airport transportation, we will be arriving back to LA in the evening, about 7-8pm depending in weather and traffic condition.

Since you are going to need transportation for the same night, we do apologize, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to make it to the airport on time.

We do suggest you purchase travel insurance to be on the safe side.

1) Yes. This tour package does offer a departure on 12/18/2011.

2) If you book this tour for your family (2 adults and 1 kid) for the departure of 12/18/2011, there is a    holiday price increase. Depending on your choice of theme parks, the prices varies:

    a. $2088.00    with admission to Three theme parks (Include theme park tickets. Buy Now!)

    b. $1456.00    without admission to Three theme parks (Free Day. Not buying theme park tickets)

3) Yes. The "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" applies if you make your reservation for this tour package.

4) Package Excludes (extra cost):

Most of the west coast tour packages do not include a LA city tour. In general, guests who would like to take a LA city tour always either arrive in LA earlier or leave LA later to be able to take a 1-day LA city tour.

This tour does not include a Los Angeles city tour, neither. If you really like to book this tour package, you can arrive in Los Angeles one day earlier, and take a 1-day LA city tour on the first day of the tour. Day 1 of this tour is a transfer day. There are no activities being offered. After the 1-day LA city tour, you can self transfer to the tour's first night hotel to meet your tour. The first night hotel (name, address, and phone number) will be on your E-ticket.

Or, you can choose to stay in Los Angeles for one more day after your tour to take a 1-day LA city tour.

If you need a extra night hotel accommodation before/after your tour, you can send us your request in the "Comment" section when you make your reservation. We will be happy to assist your request.

Hi I would like to know at what time, the tour starts from Flagstaff and at what time the tour ends at Flagstaff? We are 3 people staying at Yavapai Lodge in Grand Canoyon Village in July of 2012 and we are interested in the trip.
